Welcome to the Burford Quakers site- we have a lot to do to bring you up to date with improvements we’ve made to our historic Meeting House!
New upholstery for the chairs, a beautiful new sisal rug in the main room, a newly refurbished and re-equipped kitchen and library area and new electric heating all making Quakers, visitors and groups using our rooms alike all feel more comfortable in such a peaceful setting surrounded by a beautiful gem of a garden.
Our Meeting House is available to hire throughout the week when not in use for Quaker Meetings. We will be adding booking and invoicing via Hallmaster for 2025 to this site, making it easier for you to see availability and request a booking. You’ll be able to view the diary, select your dates and times and put through a request which will can be checked and confirmed. An invoice will then automatically be generated for you with all payment details in a simple format. We are also installing wi-fi throughout the building for 2025 making our whole historic premises fully fit for the future.
Our aim is to share our beautiful space with as many as possible for the benefit of the community as a whole.
